STT-MRAM is non-volatile memory that keeps data as magnetic states and has moved into embedded products
STT-MRAM stores bits as magnetic states, retaining data when power is cut. It has high write endurance and is already used in embedded non-volatile memory, but it has not displaced NAND flash because cost per bit and write-current constraints still matter.
